SGF Software Company dba Super Go Faster (“us” or “we”) owns and operates the Wasubi online service and website (collectively “Wasubi”). We make absolutely NO guarantees, warranties, representations, or promises of any kind that by subscribing to the Wasubi online service, or using its website, you will receive any assignment alerts, that assignment alerts will occur in a timely fashion, or that the website will function for its intended purpose. We reserve the right to discontinue Wasubi at any time without prior notice.
We may change the Terms of Service from time to time without notifying you. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms of Service from time to time and familiarizing yourself with any changes. By continuing to use Wasubi, you agree to the changes we make. We will keep prior versions of the Terms of Services in an archive for your review.
Once we activate your subscription to the Wasubi online service, you will not receive a refund for any reason whatsoever.
In order to use the Wasubi online service, you must first complete the online registration form (“sign up”). During sign up, you are required to give certain information (such as name, email address, mobile device number, Aesop ID, and Aesop PIN). This information is used solely to access Aesop on your behalf to check for assignments and send you assignment alerts.
We collect only the information that you voluntarily give us when you visit the Wasubi website or subscribe to the Wasubi online service. If you visit the Wasubi website and provide us your name and email address, we will use your information to inform you of our products and services. If you subscribe to the Wasubi online service, it will use your information to access the Aesop website on your behalf to check for assignments and send you assignment alerts.
